With daily contact with the companies along with in-depth knowledge of the area, the Consortium has confirmed itself as the main reference point for those looking to discover the Valpolicella and its wines.
Besides guaranteeing the safeguard of the appellation, the Consortium is responsible for the promotion on domestic and international markets of the Valpolicella wines: Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG, Valpolicella Ripasso DOC and Valpolicella DOC.
For the 2026 edition, the stand will host 36 companies, as well as a dedicated wine tasting area where guests will be invited on a sensory journey to explore Valpolicella DOC and DOCG wines and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO.
The story of the Bertoldi family's winemakers begins in 1932 with the cultivation of fertile land on the morainic hills of Lake Garda. In the 1930s, Emilio founded the Bertoldi winery. Today the family tradition is carried on by the new generations. More than 40 hectares of vineyards are cultivated, managed with different forms of training: row and Veronese pergola depending on the microclimates and types of grapes. With the harvest, the fruits in their native varieties are carefully selected and collected. From their processing, wines are born that differ in their typicality. Our wine is subjected to a careful microbiological control to extend its life over time and to be able to appreciate its positive evolutions.
Corte Figaretto is a small winery in the heart of Valpolicella wine region, the Valpantena valley.
Sustainability is the key word of our winery, that’s why we are part of the Valpolicella RRR project: Reduce, Retrench, Respect. Since many years we don’t use herbicides anymore, there is more control and respect for water and for soils.
Our winery works with the system of vinification per gravity. This means, we don’t use pumps in the time between grape and most. Indeed, this phase is very critic for the formation of turbidity and this method respects much more the berries.
The berries are not crushed and only the stalk is taken away, the berry remains intact and falls for gravity in the tank. Here, berries break alone with the natural movements of fermentation which is made by spontaneous yeasts.
At the beginning our family had a very small property, only four hectars and they were located around the winery.
Now, step by step, we manage 10 hectars in Valpolicella Valpantena. The new vineyards are located in the small villages around the winery and the different soils and expositions confer to the wines different nuances by the tasting.
We want to produce fully recognizable wines, representative of the identity of Valpolicella area.
The wines have to be fine and elegant, easy drinking but with character. Indeed, they have to develop and embody the fingerprint of the local climate, soils and grape varieties.
Since 1934, when patriarch Augusto Dal Cero purchased land in the Veronese commune of Ronca, in the north east of Italy, three generations of the family have devoted themselves to the vines. With meticulous care and tremendous passion, the latest generation - Francesca, Davide and Nico - labor to ensure balanced soils, healthy grapes and, of course, quality wines: from crisp, light-bodied Pinot Grigio and Soave whites to dark Amarones with ripe, round tannins.
Monteci is the antique nickname, going back more than a century ago, which was given back then to the Righetti family in the Valpolicella region and which is highly used today to represent the profound bond with its roots. We are talking about five generations of high quality wine production integrating traditional methods of drying grapes and “working the must” with the latest wine-making techniques and instruments.
The array of Monteci wines stems from the experience of mature vine-growers passed on from generation to generation and from the professionalism that distinguishes our work. This unique bond between tradition and technology, authenticity and professionalism, uniformity and innovation all give life to a line of products that constantly unite themselves with the Valpolicella area: “Land of many fruits”, generous and fertile, and a “splendid county” of enchanting and charming landscapes.
RUBINELLI VAJOL is a small family run winery situated in the heart of Valpolicella classica, at San Pietro in Cariano.
RUBINELLI is the surname of our family and VAJOL is the name of our land as well as the name of the CRU.
Gaetano Rubinelli, the founder of a family, which has lived in Valpolicella for generations, projected and built the Chievo Dam along the river Adige.
RUBINELLI VAJOL is managed by the second and third generation of the engineer Giorgio Rubinelli, respectively his two sons, Renzo and Alberto, and his nephews, Nicola and Elena.
The beautiful restored tufa country house surrounded by its vineyards was bought by the father of Giorgio, Gaetano Rubinelli, in 1953 since he was fascinated by the perfect setting of his native land.
Rubinelli Vajol Philosopy is to offer the beauty and deliciousness coming from the heart of Valpolicella classica.
Set between the thousand-year-old Pieve of San Floriano and San Pietro in Cariano, the main municipality of Valpolicella classica, the Vajol farmland unfolds to the eye in a splendid valley of 10 hectares of vineyards, all south facing, within the CRU VAJOL: a perfect harmony of sloping fields and hills with the house, the wine cellar, the Corte Sant'Anna and the drying lofts set at the centre.
With the five red wines of Valpolicella, the RUBINELLI family is the only producer in this CRU.
The vineyards receive water naturally, even in the driest seasons, absorbing the necessary amount from ground water that flows a few metres under the fields of Conca del Vajol. The presence of this water is also shown by the still active natural spring, cited in an official document dated 1635 of the Serenissima Republic of Venice as ‘ the fount of Vajol’.
RUBINELLI VAJOL only produces numbered bottles of Valpolicella wines and the total production is around 80.000 bottles per year.
Our wine cellar is entirely excavated and built inside the hill so that we can defend and protect the environment, which is thus enhanced by architectural works and perfectly integrated and sustainable.
During the end of 2022 we have been recognized as the best italian winery from two international wine guides:
WineMag 2023, Top 100 Best Italian Wines 2023 Guide: Maximum Recognition - Italian Winery of the year 2023 (https://www.winemag.it/rubinelli-vajol-cantina-italiana-dell-anno-2023-winemag-it/)
The award of the Best Winery of 2023 went to Rubinelli Vajol of San Pietro in Cariano located in Valpolicella classica, with three award-winning wines."It is a beautiful story that of the brothers Alberto and Renzo Rubinelli and Nicola Scienza. For some time now, well-made wines have been coming from their winery, which is so closed to the wonderful Romanesque church of San Floriano. Every year, in a silent and constant way, their wines denote a continual qualitative increase until today. They give us wines that are deeply linked to the territory, representing it faithfully". published by L'Arena, Italian Newspaper on October 14th 2022

I'm Marco Speri and I am part of the fifth generation of wine producers of Valpolicella.
Amarone, Valpolicella, Recioto and the same Valpolicella are known by connoisseurs around the
world. This success has established itself thanks to families like mine, which over time have
worked with dedication to quality.
I created my new company 'SECONDO MARCO' in Fumane in the heart of the Valpolicella
Classica region, where there are all the elements in order to produce, from the land to the climate.
When you continue a family tradition, on the one side there is the fear of the other change and on
the other side is the desire to do something new, to leave an imprint. Like everything that is alive,
the wine is the result of constant development, I try to preserve the character of the grapes of this
region and to direct these changes in my own way ... according to Marco.
Tenuta Santa Maria di Gaetano Bertani is a private estate owned by the Bertani family. We have a rich winemaking tradition in Veneto, dating back many generations.
Our winery produces nine premium wines, all grown on our estate vineyards located in three different valleys. These vineyards cover the most important DOCs and DOCGs, showcasing the diverse terroirs of the region.
Our wines are renowned for their sophisticated and timeless Veronese character, while also embracing a modern and distinctive approach to winemaking that sets them apart from the more commercially produced Verona wines. These qualities make our wines truly boutique. We are dedicated to sustainable practices and are committed to showcasing the distinct identity of the Verona Wine region by utilizing native grape varieties and combining traditional winemaking techniques with the latest advancements in low-intervention methods.
Our Amarone, Recioto and Valpolicella wines production is based in Arbizzano di Negrar, where our historic winery from the 1700s is located. We also have a second winery in Colognola ai Colli, dedicated to producing our Torre Pieve Chardonnay, Decima Aurea Merlot, Pragal Rosso Verona, and Soave Lepiga single vineyard wines.
We primarily cater to the Horeca market and export around 75% of our production to Europe, North America, and Asia. We are independent vinegrowers associated with FIVI, and our wines are sustainably certified by SQNPI.
We strongly believe that the foundation of winemaking lies in being first of all quality vinegrowers. It is through our work in the vineyards that great wines are born.

Zymè – Wines Beyond Imagination
Zymè is not just a winery – it’s an alchemical laboratory where nature, tradition, and radical creativity meet.
Founded by Celestino Gaspari – once the right-hand man of Giuseppe Quintarelli – Zymè stands in a 15th-century sandstone quarry in the heart of Valpolicella. Every wine crafted here is a dialogue between centuries-old techniques and unexpected innovation. Think: natural fermentations, sustainable vineyard practices, ancient grapes revived from extinction, and even genetic mutations turned into wines.
You’ll find Amarone, Valpolicella and Recioto that honor the classics – but also Kairos (a blend of over 15 grapes), From Black to White (from a spontaneous white mutation of Rondinella), and Harlequin – Celestino’s liquid autobiography.
Choosing Zymè means offering your clients more than wine: it means giving sommeliers, wine shop owners and restaurateurs captivating stories to tell – tales of experimentation, rediscovered grapes, bold choices, and poetic winemaking.
Because a wine that tells a story is a wine that gets remembered.
Zymè. Where tradition ferments with imagination – and every bottle sparks a conversation.
