With the birth of the first winery in Ora in 1960, we transitioned from packaging to production, expressing the richness of each territory through characterful wines. This is achieved with special attention to the environment, local tradition, and the highest quality standards. Our team of highly qualified agronomists and winemakers, through constant quality control and a dedicated research team, can offer quality wines that are original expressions of the land, flavors, and traditions that only Italy can provide.
Murviedro
Murviedro was founded in 1893 in Switzerland, a land of great wines, by Arnold Schenk, who inherited his father’s passion for wine and for the land. Soon, he had transformed his firm into one of the largest wine growing and making companies on a European level. Today, more than 125 years later, the company remains in the hands of the same family and maintains its traditional values without losing the essence of a family business, although it is managed by professionals.
Bodegas Murviedro was founded in 1927 as the Spanish subsidiary of the Swiss Schenk Group, one of the leading European companies in the wine sector. The company remains owned by the same family and maintains the values of a family-run company, while being professionally managed.
The company's philosophy is based on combining the most modern winemaking techniques with grapes from traditional vineyards. The result is wines that meet the highest international quality standards, while maintaining their Spanish character and originality.
The policy consists of investing heavily and regularly in everything that adds value to the end product, particularly in the soil and grape selection and also in technology.

From North to South, Schenk Family Italia interprets and tells the excellence of these lands through unique wines, inimitable ambassadors of Made in Italy. Schenk Italian Wineries is part of the Swiss group of the same name, which was founded by Arnold Schenk in Rolle in 1893. Founding of Schenk Italia S.p.A. 1952 in Reggio Emilia, in 1960 the company moved its headquarters to Ora (BZ), where the first wine cellar linked to the production area was established. In 2011 was acquired of Bacio della Luna in Vidor - Valdobbiadene and With this acquisition the new project of wines of the territory and production takes shape.
Lunadoro, in Valiano di Montepulciano was acquired in 2016 and Tenute Masso Antico in Apulia was acquired in 2021.
Established in 1840, the Maison Veyret Latour was acquired in 1972 by the Swiss Schenk group. Veyret-Latour is mostly active in the Classified Growths wines from Bordeaux region, but also with a selection of iconic wines from Burgundy, the Rhône valley, Italy, Spain, Chile, Napa Valley… Veyret-Latour maintains strong relationships with the owners of the most prestigious wine estates in Bordeaux. It deals with a wide range of en primeur wines, but also a collection of back vintages. The group has evolved since its creation and has been able to seek opportunities in new markets. The group’s international clientele is mostly comprised of importers, retailers, mail-order companies, airlines but also top collectors and prestigious restaurants
