NOMORA – Premium Alcohol-Free Wines from Italy

Nomora is one of the pioneering Italian companies entirely dedicated to the production of premium alcohol-free wines. Founded in Alba (Piedmont) in 2024 by Paolo Repetto, Nomora was created with a clear mission: to offer a sophisticated and authentic wine experience, without alcohol.

Our wines are made exclusively from organically grown Italian grapes, with no added sugars, no artificial flavors, and no additives. We use advanced dealcoholization techniques (osmosis) to preserve the original structure, aroma, and character of the wine.

At Vinexpo Asia 2025, we are proud to present:

• Nomora Cuvée Blanc (0.0%) – Crisp, floral, and citrus-driven, with vibrant acidity and fine perlage
• Nomora Cuvée Rosé (0.0%) – Elegant and fresh, with wild berry notes and a silky texture

Both wines have just been awarded Silver Medals at The Drinks Business Asia Wine Masters 2025 in the Sparkling category, judged alongside traditional sparkling wines.

Nomora is currently seeking international partners and importers who share our vision: to bring quality, health-conscious, alcohol-free wines to a new generation of mindful consumers.
