"Díscolo is a small organic/sustainable winery within the Toro DO. A project founded in 2008 with the aim of producing wines with personality. We are passionate about our Castilian land, which provides us with the finest fruit. Thanks to our love for the land, the process, and the product, our vineyards produce wines with character and individuality, always seeking the maximum expression of the terroir. We currently have sixteen vineyard plots in the Toro DO, covering 29.5 hectares of Tinta de Toro grapes, ranging in age from 40 to 95 years old.
