Fleet Wines – Life is Fleeting, capture every moment.
Born from just three tonnes of Cabernet Franc in 2016, Fleet has grown into a boutique winery known for crafting expressive, ethereal wines that capture the essence of time and place. Today, they crush 45 tonnes annually, focusing on elegant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with Pinot Gris and Pinot Meunier adding charm to the supporting cast.
Founded and farmed by Lisa and Justin Jenkins, Fleet spans 8 hectares across two vineyards in South Gippsland, Victoria.
At the home farm, located just 1km from Leongatha’s western edge, deep red ferrosol soils and varied slopes create a vivid canvas for vines. Here, 85% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay, and 5% Riesling grow at 5,000 vines per hectare.
Just 3km away lies the Lucinda Vineyard, a 35-year-old site originally planted for Bass Phillip. Facing east, this protected site holds 80% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay, and 10% Syrah, with an even tighter vine density of 6,500 per hectare.
Both sites are dry grown and farmed regeneratively — no irrigation, just deep roots and hard work.
Fleet also sources fruit from the cool, high-altitude Burder Vineyard in the Whitlands High Plateau of Alpine Victoria, bringing in exceptional Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier with acid-driven precision.
Fleet’s regenerative ethos is the foundation of everything they do — from cover cropping and light cultivation to organic canopy care and annual habitat rejuvenation. This is farming for the future, with wines that reflect not only the land but the legacy.
