Since its inception, it has embraced the holistic principles of biodynamic agriculture: an agricultural production practice that is ethically respectful of the environment and work, capable of producing foods that nourish the human being in his entirety - on a physical, relational, energetic level - without use any chemical substance. Fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides commonly used in conventional viticulture are banned.
