Viña Marchigue was established in 1994 in the town of the same name located in the coastal area of the Colchagua Valley.
It was born as the great challenge of its owner, Mr. Francisco Javier Errázuriz Talavera, to build up an industry that produces an actual change in this area's economic and social development, but is always linked to agriculture.
Descendant of illustrious personalities of our country such as former presidents Fernando Errázuriz Aldunate, Federico Errázuriz Zañartu, José Manuel Balmaceda, Federico Errázuriz Echaurren and Germán Riesco Errázuriz; Don Francisco Javier, together with his family, give life to this project that has more than 2,500 hectares planted, the vast majority in this valley, thus becoming the most important family vineyard in our country.
