The main difference between our Wines is marked by deep roots in the land and the artisan work of farmers. CapelVinos, S.A. maintains a system of joint work with cooperatives of small vine-growers in the southeast area of Spain that by vocation and generation after generation they grow their own vineyard and make their wine using traditional handmade methods. The small farmer, who cares, pampers, and knows his vineyard as nobody else, and guided by his experience he knows to choose the optimum time for harvesting, getting the ideal fruit that, in his Cooperative, will become a wine with its own personality.
